ReglAI provides AI-assisted analysis of regulatory and legal texts. The service includes a web interface, APIs, and related materials.

2. No Legal Advice

Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for decisions based on the outputs and should consult qualified counsel where appropriate.

3. Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or activities.
• No attempts to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or security controls.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized model extraction.

5. Plans, Billing & Taxes

Free and paid plans are offered. Subscriptions and invoices are managed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices and features may change; we will notify you of material changes. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Content & IP

You retain rights to content you upload or provide. You grant us a limited license to process such content solely to provide the service to you. We retain rights in our platform, models, and materials.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or suitability of outputs for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules.
